The American Society for Training and Development has as new name. We are changing to the Association for Talent Development. Look for updates to the Utah Chapter and the National Organization to roll out during the next few months.

He cofounded the Covey Leadership Center, where he served as vice president of research and development. He is coauthor of the New York Times bestsellers Change Anything, Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, and Influencer. He holds advanced degrees in sociology and organizational behavior from Brigham Young University and the University of Utah.
