Todd J. Wente, M. Ed.
LinkedIn Profile
Because outside stakeholders often know so little about what “Training” is all about, and because most of us are absolute wizards in front of an audience and in front of our keyboards, they don’t have a clear idea of what really goes into developing a training seminar, workshop or course. Asking questions around the Four T’s allows us to set appropriate expectations for development, scope and outcomes and also clarifies for us what aspects we want to attack.
