Wayne Davis is an Organizational Development and Human Resources Management professional with over twenty years of experience delivering value generating services. His continued commitment is to help clients achieve their optimum performance through people solutions. He currently serves as Vice President of Talent Development at England Logistics. Most importantly he and his wife Pamela are the blessed parents of eight children and Papa and Nana of four grandchildren.
